Our Beer
For Waganupa Brewing, it all starts with the water, untreated and supplied by the snowpack on the volcano. Our water goes into the brewing process with absolutely no additives. It is then mixed with the USA malts to create the wort. We use hops grown only in the Pacific Northwest. To convert our wort to beer, we use various yeast strains from around the world.
